Japanese Paper Style Panel and Vertical Blinds
Luxaflex have recently introduced a new range of Japanese style blinds utilising their own "Washi" fabric - a material that closely resembles Japanese paper but is in fact a strong, durable fabric which can be wiped clean with a dry cloth.
These blinds are ideally suited to large windows with long drops, where the blinds complement the scale and proportion of the window and the washi fabric allows plenty of light into the room, even with the blinds closed.
The styling gives a remarkably relaxed feel to a room and Luxaflex's trademark detailing means the blinds look stunning - perfect for a relatively minimalistic environment.
Wide Choice of Detailing Features
The washi fabrics are available in a range of textures and colours and there is a choice of materials to frame and accent the fabric panels in the range.
The picture on the right shows the range of woods available which can be incorporated into the blind (aluminium also shown centre right), allowing each customer to create a unique look, possibly matching or contrasting with existing floor coverings and furnishings.
Because the Japanese blinds have a plain, understated appearance, the use of high quality materials to accent the blind fabrics creates an extremely high quality and desirable finish.

In addition to several choices of white washi fabric, available in a variety of textures, blind panels are also available in coloured washi fabric and woven wood and wicker panels, to give the ultimate choice of finish to compliment modern room designs.
