THE MADE TO MEASURE BLINDS ORDER PROCESS

Interior Power has a straightforward approach to sales - at our clients' request, we will visit their property, measure all relevant windows and discuss suitable window dressing solutions based on the property and any client specifications.

We will then write to the client, by post, fax or email as required, detailing a precise quotation for installation of blinds at their property. This usually takes place within 24 hours of our visit.

The initial visit to the property, measurements and written quotation are always undertaken on a free of charge basis and without any obligation for the client to proceed with an order.

Interior Power are committed to providing an excellent client-friendly service and will never request any client to agree to an order at the time of the initial appointment before a written quotation has been submitted to the client from head office. We are a successful family run company and our sales integrity is of the utmost importance to us, as is maintaining our high standards for both quality, speed of installation and customer service standards.

PIECE OF MIND - INSTALLATION GUARANTEE ON ALL INSTALLED BLINDS

All fitted blinds installed by Interior Power are accompanied by our 12 month guarantee as standard. This covers all normal use within the 12 month period following installation - if you have any problems or queries simply give us a call or send us an email and we'll try our best to help.

The vast majority of our customers are delighted with their high quality blinds from Interior Power - all Interior Power blinds are sourced from Europe's leading blinds manufacturers and we rarely encounter problems.

However, occasionally our customers need to ask us a question or have a problem. Provided you are still within the guarantee period, we will do our best to help you quickly and efficiently.

Firstly, we'll try and talk you through your problem on the phone and if we can, we'll explain how to address any issues quickly so that you can continue to enjoy your blinds without interruption.

If we can't help you fix your problem on the phone, we'll arrange an appointment to come out to your property for no charge and address any issue you may be having with your blinds.

THE NEW PRODUCTS ORDER PROCESS

Client contacts Interior Power by phone or email.
Interior Power arranges an appointment to visit client's property to measure windows and discuss blinds requirements with sample collection books and swatches.
Normally within 2 working days (depending on complexity of blind requirements) Interior Power will submit a formal written quotation to client.
Client has absolute discretion on whether to accept quotation and instruct Interior Power to proceed with order on the basis of the quotation.
Once order is placed, lead time is usually 7-15 working days (depending on blinds ordered) - Interior Power will keep in contact to advise on order process and arrange an installation date.

We'll arrange a visit, bring samples and measuring equipment to give you a competitive quotation.

We pride ourselves on offering a fair and transparent service.

Unlike some blind companies, we won't quote high and then offer a myriad of "discounts" to entice you into ordering from us.

We believe having a "sale" period on made to measure products is somewhat misleading, since the price is unique for each customer depending on their window measurements and therefore claiming that you are receiving, say, 50% discount off the standard price is difficult to verify and extremely difficult to compare against the original price, unless you have had two or more quotations from the same company.

Therefore, we like to keep it simple.

We'll come to your home or office for free (please see our pricing information for full details), measure your windows and discuss the best options for your windows to achieve the appearance and effects required.

This should take from just 20 minutes to 45 minutes on average, depending on the number of windows to be measured and the blind(s) selected.

We will then prepare a full written quotation for you at highly competitive trade prices, which will be emailed or posted to you within 24 hours of the visit.

The visit and quotation are provided for free and are without any obligation to order from us.

Should you wish to proceed with an order, we will ask for a 40% deposit, payable by credit card, debit card or cheque at the time of order.

We will then order your bespoke blinds immediately and aim to have them quality checked and installed within 10 to 15 days of the order date.
